His Spark came into Light when he Scored an Hattrtick against Iraqi Club AL-Zawaraa in Arsian Cup for East bengal in 1993
Then Joined JCT on 1993 accompanied players like Ancherry , Vijayan, Baichung and won I League for the Club for the first time in 1995
Its important to mention that he Was the Prime Member of JCT squad which won IFA Shield, Federation Cup and Durand Cup
Again Returned to East Bengal, and continued to shine as he played a Dependable role for the team to win to win Durand Cup, Calcutta League and Kalinga Cup and Rovers Cup
Bengal Goverement requested him to play Santosh Trophy for Bnegal. Why?The reason is self evident . Bengal won Santosh Trophy that year!!
But One of the Greatest Achievment being an Indian is, He is the first Golden Goal Achiver, for Indian Football
He did score 6 Goals , played 39 matches. Need to make a point here, that India won SAFF Championship in Kathmandu, Nepal on 1997 under his Captainship
